At REVI, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you need to return an order, please review our policy below.
30-Day Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and unopened
- In its original packaging
- In the same condition in which it was received
To request a return, please contact us at support@tryrevi.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send a product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless your order was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Opened or Used Products
For health, hygiene, and product-safety reasons, standard returns of products that have been opened, used, or altered are generally not accepted.
If you're unhappy with your REVI purchase for any reason, however, please contact us at support@tryrevi.com. We'll review your situation and work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact support@tryrevi.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Cancellations
We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately at support@tryrevi.com.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
Return Shipping
Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Return instructions will be provided after your return request has been approved.
